Refund Policy

At Leather World, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

1. Return & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. How Returns Work

· We’ll arrange a pickup within 24–48 hours of your request.

·A return processing fee of up to ₹100 per item may apply in cases of repeated returns or policy misuse under our Fair Usage Policy.

3. Pickup & Shipping

· We’ll make up to three pickup attempts. If all fail, the return request will be canceled.

· If pickup service is unavailable, we’ll ask you to self-ship the item to our return address.

4. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

·Unused and in its original packaging

·Complete with all tags and accessories

We won’t be able to accept returns for products that show signs of wear and tear, damage, or missing components.

5. Refund Exchange Process

·Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

·Exchanges depend on stock availability if available, a replacement will be sent after the return is approved.

6. Returns for Promotional Deals

Orders placed under promotional offers like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or other deals that include free products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

7. Important Terms Conditions

·Please double-check your bank details before submitting them for a refund. We won’t be responsible for incorrect details.

·If you receive a delivery confirmation but haven’t received your package, report it to us within 24 hours.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and update you on the refund eligibility. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 working days.
